It pulls from house and techno energy, but with a personal feel \u2014 powerful yet playful, designed to make people move and feel something at the same time. Keeping always a few sounds\/elements kind of \u201cretro\u201d, vintage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2) We love your new release. What was your inspiration for the songs?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Thank you! With A New Life, I wanted to bring some type of old grooves we used to dance 10 or 15 years ago. I keep experimenting in the studio until it starts to feel like something more than just sound \u2014 then I let the track grow organically from there, adding layers of sounds and vocals or samples we can recognize but changed a bit so it\u2019s not exactly what we know.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4) Tell us a bit about what you have been up to lately?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Lately I\u2019ve been deep in studio mode \u2014 finishing and releasing some new music like on SNOE, Toolroom, Virgo and shaping my sound every time, exploring new ways of creation like with machines and analog stuff. Seeing a track come alive on a dancefloor or stage is one of the most rewarding experiences.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>8) What is your favourite Norwegian word?\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/1f609.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude09\" \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u201cBalanse.\u201d I like how it represents the idea of finding equilibrium, between groove and emotion, movement and stillness, the dancefloor and introspection.
